How does the Robert Croak-Sillybrandz Global submission process work?
Every submission will be reviewed and analyzed by our product development team. Each submitter will then be given a general overview of the product/project and a suggested road map based on our teams findings.
With the purchase of the $295 submission package you-the submitter will also receive a 10-minute consultation with Robert Croak-Inventor and President of Sillybrandz Global.
With the purchase of the $895 package you, "the submitter" will also have your product/project put up for a vote on our fan page, which currently has over 1.1 million fans. This will give us immediate feedback as to the likes and dislikes of the product/project.
Do you have the ability to patent my invention?
No. We can however assist and consult in the process while making referrals to the legal team we use for all of our inventions and IP. If we continue to work together past your initial consultation and a partnership or license agreement is created all legal and branding components will then be part of our agreement and therefore handled by said team. Patents are expensive and we will not provide any opinion on the patent-ability of your product.
Are there any hidden charges or are you going to ask me for more money?
No. There are several scenarios that can happen after the consultation process ranging from but not limited to the creation of a partnership, licensing agreement, manufacturing agreement or we can provide help with any of the services we offer as a company that can be paramount for the growth and success of your product/project. How many inventions have you evaluated?
We launched our formal submission process on February 5th 2012. Prior to the launch we did not keep a record of the number of deals we looked at although we do receive hundreds of submissions per month. In the future we will update this quarterly with statistics.
What percentage of inventions do you invest in?
We don't have an official count with respect to how many product/project pitches we have looked at over the past few years but it is likely that we have looked at over 1,000 and to date Robert Croak –Sillybrandz has invested in 7. We will be tracking this number and updating it quarterly.
How do I submit my idea to Robertcroak.com?

Is there a way to send you my idea by email or post without using your submission process?
You can make a submission from anywhere in the world but you must be 18 years of age to make a submission to robertcroak.com, if you are under 18 please have your parents submit the idea for you.
Once I submit a idea how long does it take for your team to review it?
3-4 weeks once we have all of the information and samples.
How do I schedule my Skype call with Robert Croak?
Once we have reviewed your submission someone from Roberts team will contact you to set an appointment.
When does my product get placed on your Facebook page for voting?
Depending on the number of orders we have for the Facebook voting process we will likely place your idea up on the Monday following your Skype call with Robert Croak and it will remain up there until the following Sunday.
How does the Facebook voting work?
It is a complex algorithm based on the number of votes and the average star rating on a scale of 1-5 stars. The more high quality votes you have the higher the score.
If I submit my idea to Robertcroak.com does that mean I will get an offer from Robert Croak or his team?
No. Robert will make different offers based on the viability of the project. Robert and his team will not work on a project that they are not passionate about. The objective is to find and partner with other talented people utilizing Robert Croak's team and resources to help others dreams for success come true.
How do I know if Robert Croak is interested in my project?
If Robert decides to work on a project he will issue a letter of intent.
It says on the main page that you are creating partnerships, licensing agreements and manufacturing deals. How do I get one of those?
If Robert decides that he wants to work on a project he will determine the type of deal that would be a good fit for both parties. Not only does Robert invest in projects he has a variety of services that are available and beneficial to the success of ones product/project. Some times Robert trades these for equity, cash, on a deferred basis or a combination of both. You have reviewed my product and were not interested in doing anything with it. Can I get a refund for my submission fees?
No. You are not guaranteed an offer from Robert Croak-Sillybrandz Global or any of his team by participating in the submission process. You are paying for his expertise and his staff's knowledge and this result even if not a positive one is very valuable and can save the submitter countless mistakes and capital costs. Unlike other submission process companies Robert Croak- Sillybrandz Global is looking to provide submitters with valuable information that they can use to make the correct decisions with respect to the future of their product/project while spending a faction of what others charge.
Does buying a more expensive package increase my odds of partnership with Robert Croak?
No. However what you do gain is the opportunity to have your product/project places in front of over 1 million potential retail buyers or your product/project. See package details to assist in purchasing the most suitable package for your needs.
Do you require a patent or Trademark to view my idea?
No. When purchasing any of our submission packages you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure form therefore protecting your product/project while going through the submission process. However we do recommend you seek legal counsel for additional protection of your product/project. If you elect to have your idea put in front of our fans or your Skype call published on Roberts YouTube page then that information will be available for the world to see and having protection in place prior will help prevent the issue or knockoffs or copycats.
I elected to have my Skype call with Robert recorded. Now what?
Robert will review the Skype calls that he has recorded and select a few to post on his YouTube account. He may then post them to his blog and other social media sites.
I sent samples, do I get them back?
Unfortunately we can not guarantee the return of samples. If this is your only prototype please send us a video instead of the samples.
